Returns Policy

I hope you love your vintage/preloved item(s). However, if your on-line purchase is not as you hoped, you can follow the returns process below:

· You can return your item(s) within 14 days. Your 14 days commences from the date you receive your item.

 

· Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, with tags in place. No returns will be accepted if labels have been removed.

 

· Deductions may be made from refund amount for any items that are not returned in their original condition as sent.

 

· If you wish to return an item simply –

o Email secondhandsal@hotmail.com, stating you wish to return your item

 

o Include your name, order number and reason for return.

 

o To return your item(s), please mail or return in person to:

o You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

 

o I cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damage in the post, therefore I recommend all returns are sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number.

 

o On receipt of the item(s) I will refund the order value including original delivery cost, sent to your original payment method.

 

o Please note card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

Note

Items for sale within the website are in their nature vintage or pre loved.

Therefore you should expect that there will be some minor flaws equal to their age and/or previous wear.

Any major flaws will be identified within each items individual description and are thus non returnable for this reason.

 

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to availability.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

All orders will receive an email confirmation.

Click and Collect orders will receive an email confirming when your order is ready to collect.

UK postage: FREE

All items posted via Royal Mail (3-5 working days). Occasionally they may take longer to deliver your items, especially during peak times such as Christmas, Valentines Day etc.

If you have not received you item within 30 working days please contact us and we will track your order.

Click and Collect: FREE

Republic of Ireland deliveries will incur a postage cost.
